Shot in the Dark Cabernet - Shiraz 2019

A classic Australian blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and shiraz, this is heavy on smoky, confected oak, alongside jammy blue and black fruits that aren't overly distinct. The tannins are a bit firm, as you’d expect from Cabernet, but the acidity is quite soft, leading to a sweet finish that verges on cloying. Best enjoyed with a chill.
