Drawing from some of the oldest Canadian whisky available, it is medium amber with copper accents; fragrant, with baked apple, oak, sweet corn, pepper, brown butter and toffee notes; a viscous palate, with sweetness on the forefront leading to flavours of oak, vanilla and caramel; medium-bodied, with a spicy/sweet finish.
