Stainless steel fermentation helps to preserve fruitiness while spending nine months on lees adds creaminess. Pouring a pale lemon this wine is fragrant with aromas of apple, pear and honey. The palate is dry and full with medium acidity and rich baked apple, vanilla and spice flavours followed by a medium finish.
