Tyrrell's Cabernet-Merlot 'Old Winery'

Tyrrell's Old Winery Cabernet Merlot has a rich ruby colour. The blending of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with the subtle use of oak has created this deep, rich, full flavoured wine with lovely characters of ripe berries, chocolate and spice and a deliciously smooth lingering finish.

We sourced grapes from some of Australia’s premium winegrowing regions for our Old Winery Cabernet Sauvignon, a wine that offers true varietal character and flavour. Aromas of black cherries, wild berries and spice marry with an intense palate of rich, dark-fruit flavours and a silky finish. Designed for immediate enjoyment, this full-bodied red makes an ideal accompaniment for red-meat dishes, pasta with tomato-based sauces and hard cheeses.
