This 2005-vintage Caol Ila was matured in a single first-fill bourbon barrel for 13 years and finished in a Hermitage wine cask for a further year. Subtle aromas of vanilla, dark chocolate, cinnamon and cloves develop alongside delicate meadow flowers.
