On the nose absolute sea feeling with salty spray, oyster shells and seaweed On the fruit side, it runs in the wake of fresh mandarins and lemons. Medium-bodied palate, toffee, malt, honey, thins on the palate, vanilla oak wood, dry slate and a hint of salt plus a touch of hot pepper.
