José Pariente Verdejo is the maximum and authentic expression of our native variety. The freshest and most elegant statement, made from 30-year-old vineyards and a selection of old vines. Its aroma offers us the minerality of the stony soil of the area, combined with nuances of fennel, anise, white fruit and stone fruit. On the palate it is unctuous, sweet and elegant, with a soft touch of bitterness at the end, characteristic of the Verdejo variety. A complex and intense wine.
