Eau Claire Distillery Single Malt Whisky Batch 006

Batch 005 was aged in New European Oak Barrels, Ex-Bourbon Barrels, and Ex Sherry Barrels creating a subtly complex whisky.

Nose:Red fruit, burnt sugar, stewed apples, stone fruit, graham cracker, dark chocolate

Taste: Nutty, white pepper, biscuit and sweet toffee

Finish: Long warm finish, slight drying tannic effect

Eau Claire Distillery’s Single Malt Whisky was awarded Double Gold at the 2019 SIP Awards, Canadian Whisky Distillery of the Year and a Gold 94 rating at the New York International Spirits Competition, and Gold for Canadian Whisky at the World Drink Awards. These awards are a testament to the traditional craft methods we use to create our Single Malt Whisky and we are eager to release Batch 005.
