General Information

This whisky is inspired by William Gooderham's generosity in adopting eleven orphans and bringing them to Canada. Arriving with partner James Worts in 1832, Gooderham became one of Canada's most notable whisky barons. Eleven Souls is brimming with aromas and flavours of vanilla, toasted grains, apple, caramel and spices.
