Bard Cinder & Smoke Bourbon Founders Select

Continuing the award-winning heritage of Cinder & Smoke Bourbon, Founder's Select is a special project that requires special attention. Founders Thomas and Kim Bard set specific barrels aside, experimenting with different combinations until they create a unique spirit that holds true to the flavour, feel, and finish that you expect from Cinder & Smoke. Each small batch of Cinder & Smoke Founder's Select consists of only three barrels of mature Kentucky Straight Bourbon. The spirit in each bottle was selected, blended, bottled, labelled, and signed by their founders, a true testament to the care and detail you expect from a craft bourbon. Orange rind and vanilla aromas lead to a cinnamon-laden sip with a beautiful mouthfeel and length to spare on the long, pleasant finish.
