Rough Rider 'The Happy Warrior' Cask Strength Straight Bourbon

Once a year, Long Island Spirits hand selects 5 of their finest aged Bourbon Barrels and bottles fewer than a couple of hundred cases per batch. This high-rye straight bourbon whisky is aged between 4 and 7 years before receiving additional maturation in French Oak casks from local wineries rinsed with high-proof brandy. Happy Warrior is bottled straight from the cask at 114 proof when the perfect flavour and balance are achieved. Extremely limited releases are selected from the finest casks in the barrel warehouse.
