Chianti Riserva DOCG Badiolo is made from 100% Sangiovese grapes. It is a Riserva wine, which means that this wine has had a minimum of 2 years aging in barrel and 3 months in bottle. Intense ruby red color, tending to garnet with aging. Typical Chianti scent of violets and ripe berries. Good balanced structure. Delicious with spit roast, roasted game and mature cheeses.
