This set includes

1 x Peychaud Aperitivo

Peychaud was a mid-1800s New Orleans apothecary who created the bitters that inspire this aperitivo. Aromas of grapefruit zest, herb and glazed peel follow to flavours of tangy grapefruit, bitter orange, herb and cloves. The dry finish is pleasantly bitter. Add to bubbly for a great aperitif.

1 x Odd Society Creme De Casis

Based on the secret recipe of Master Chef Hervé Martin, head chef and owner of The French Table and once the personal chef to the late King Leopold III of Belgium. Made with the finest B.C. grown blackcurrants, with a fruity and sweet flavour balanced by crisp acidity.

1 x Green Chartreuse

Only two Chartreuse monks know the identity of the 130 plants, how to blend them and how to distill them into this world famous liqueur. They are also the only ones who know which plants they have to macerate to produce the natural green and yellow colours. And they alone supervise the slow ageing in oak casks.

1 x Scrappy's Aromatic Bitters

Scrappy's answer to the classic aromatic bitters. These bitters were created to be used in classic cocktail recipes. They add balance and a bit of spice to your favourite spirits. They make a killer Bar Ginger, too!

1 x Scrappy's Lavender Bitters

The Scrappy's flagship blend, the original lavender bitters. Bright, sweet, yet remarkably well rounded.  A very original and well done bitters. A definite must have for anyone who is serious about their bitters.

1 x Legend Distillery Blasted Brew

Cold brewed with locally roasted organic beans from our friends at Backyard Beans in Summerland, BC.  Blasted Brew delivers a bold, smooth coffee flavour, with raw cocoa nibs and fresh vanilla bean

1 x Dolin Dry Vermouth

A historic vermouth brand, Dolin has been made to the same recipe in the Alpine hills around Chambéry since 1821, and was awarded the only Appellation d'Origine for vermouth in 1932. The Chambéry style flourished in the 19th and early 20th century, but Dolin is now the last remaining producer of Vermouth de Chambéry.
