On the palate, the wine is fresh and linear, wrapping completely around the mouth with excellent balance, mid-palate depth, and a trademark richness. It is characterized by an exuberant, crisp acidity and a strong savoury essence that drives into a persistent, lively, and saline finish. This 100% Turbiana white wine reached an alcohol content (ABV) of 13% and was aged for six months in stainless steel tanks on its fine lees, followed by two additional months of refinement in the bottle.
