85% Trebbiano and 15% Pecorino of ancient selections from DOC vineyards and vinified in stone millstones. Intense straw yellow colour. The nose is broad and intense, pleasantly spiced with a marked minerality. The taste is very balanced, sapid and mineral, soft, full-bodied, and persistent. Ideal with fish dishes and medium-aged cheeses.
