Made in 1991 at Jura distillery, this single malt has been matured in a single refill American oak hogshead, before being bottled in 2019 for Gordon & MacPhail's Connoisseurs Choice series. Aromas of apple crumble, honey, salted lemons, and freshly-cut grass fill the nose, and the palate offers notes of toffee, black pepper, baking spices, and juicy peaches.
