Heidi Schrock Rose Biscaya

Product description

A wine for relaxing hours with family or dear friends, on mild evenings on the beach or at sunset in the garden. With colorful summer flowers at the table and uncomplicated dishes for every taste - onion cake or cabbage strudel. A soft "red line" runs from the rich pink to the ripe fruit with many berry and cherry notes to rose blossoms, lavender and sage. The rounded acidity goes well with the subtle tartness and delicately salty components - a wine with good balance as an expression of different grape varieties.

91 Points - James Suckling     A pretty rosé with peach and light cherry aromas and flavors. It’s medium-bodied with lovely fruit and a fresh, creamy finish. Drink now. Screw cap.
