Product description
Allomi Cabernet Sauvignon offers distinct notes of vanilla and oak spice with classic red fruit flavours set off by currant and blackberry along with moderate, well-integrated tannins showing a round, plush mouthfeel. Earthy flavours enhance the fruit flavours in this wine, especially with foods such as herb roasted chicken, grilled pork, caramelized onions, eggplant, sauteed greens, roasted potatoes or vegetables and aged Jack and Gouda cheese.
