Houraisen's 'Beshu' has a light sourness, an aromatic nose, and a clean flavor characteristic of the junmai sake style. This light junmai sake is a Houraisen bestseller! The literature on the label is from poet (and artist), Kanzan, from the Japanese Edo period. 'Beshu' is named after the last word of his poem "wagahai shin ni shosu beshi". Enjoy this sake chilled or lukewarm.
