A Belgian beer pouring an amber to copper colour topped by a thick white head. The general aroma is sweet, one can smell scents of caramel, yeast, notes of fruits and spices. Its taste is also sweet, featuring fruity notes of plum and nuts along with hints of caramelized malts. This beer is therefore very sweet and easily drinkable, without being too sugary. This dense beverage is completed by rising bitterness throughout the tasting, finely balancing the whole.
