Blend of 90% Malbec and 10% Merlot, from a siderolithic hillside and aged in concrete vats, this cuvée is worked to be tasted between 2 and 6 years. Its nose of black fruit and liquorice, its ample and crunchy palate make it very elegant and expressive. Serve at 17 ° C and pair with a platter of cold cuts, cheeses, grilled meats, duck or grilled vegetables.
