There is a fun, bitter and juicy experience that is both playful and rugged. You will love the concentration from the ripe dark fruits partnered with briar patch and bark. Medium-bodied with moderate acidity and light, sandy tannins. The finish retains the fruity notes and leaves us with a fresh berry flavour.

Pair with pork tenderloin roulade filled with a cranberry and apple stuffing.
