The Malbec Trio - 3 Bottles

The Malbec Trio gift set includes one bottle each of Dona Paula Estate Malbec, Bodegas Escorihuela Gascon 1884 Organic Malbec and Cordero Con Piel De Lobo Malbec all wrapped in a ZYN wood wine crate. 

Dona Paula Estate Malbec - From their best vineyards in El Cepillo and Gualtallary, Doña Paula Estate Malbec displays the unique characteristics of the Uco Valley, a terroir with cold climate, mineral and rocky soils. At Doña Paula, they have always been managed using sustainable agriculture practices.Intense violet colour. In the nose, aromas of black fruits, violets and spices. Mineral and graphite notes. Great balance and freshness in the mouth, with good concentration and medium structure. Soft tannins and persistent finish.

Bodegas Escorihuela Gascon 1884 Organic Malbec - Friendly with a tasty and refreshing mid-palate thanks to the vibrant acidity. Medium-bodied with juicy tannins which provide firmness and a prolonged finish. Fruity and spicy aftertaste with earthy tones. It is a wine faithful to its origin and ideal to accompany grilled red meat, hard cheese and a variety of cold cuts.

Cordero Con Piel De Lobo Malbec - Hand harvested grapes from each of their estates, at different dates in order to find the ideal ripeness and expression, is how this wine was created. It is fermented in concrete vats and 50% of the volume saw used oak barrels for six to eight months. A rich and fruit driven Malbec with clean aromas and flavours, a nice mouth feel and excellent freshness.  

A charcuterie platter with salami, Ibérico ham, Taleggio cheese, Manchego cheese and farmhouse Cheddar is a great Malbec pairing!
