Blanc de Blancs in the Schramsberg style is dry and crisp. For increased complexity, small amounts of malolactic and barrel-fermented wines are added. Prior to disgorgement, the wine is matured in the bottle for over two years on the yeast lees. This sparkling wine will keep its freshness, structure, and refined finish for many years, if not decades, after its first release, thanks to its lively, fruity, and crisp nature.
