Bimber Canada Edition 2021 Single Malt Whisky

Drawn from a remarkable ex-bourbon cask and bottled exclusively for PWS Imports in Alberta, Canada. 

This cask from Bimber perfectly highlights the quality of their spirit which comes from meticulous attention to detail at every step of the whisky-making process.  When I first sampled this cask I called it "bourbon cask perfection" and I truly think it is very close.
