Intent on making the very best Côtes du Rhône Rosé we can, we search for varieties naturally suited to rosé; Grenache Noir for body, Cinsault for freshness and a touch of spice from a drop of Syrah. A pale and very elegant rosé with a soft plump texture, good depth and length. It has delicate red fruit flavours combined with hints of white pepper and some of the aromatic herbal perfumes of the Southern Rhône.
