Boschetti Gomba Sergio Barolo 2015

This wine has a ruby red colour. The aroma offers a pungent aroma of roses, liquorice and spices. Elegant in taste, full-bodied, reminiscent of ripe red berry fruits. Furthermore, as with the scent, we can find traces of liquorice and spices. The wine has a pleasant and long mineral finish. This Barolo has a great potential for longer lying. Recommended for roasted and stewed meats, truffle dishes and mature hard cheeses.
