A sumptuous Médoc with a ripe nose, a sweet start and an inky finish. Red and black fruit aromas. 

92 Points James Suckling      Quite a range of red and black-fruit aromas, plus a hint of eucalyptus, make this a very appealing, medium-bodied Médoc that has nice, velvety tannins and a polished finish for this appellation. A blend of merlot and cabernet sauvignon. Drink or hold.

91 Points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate      The 2016 Fleur la Mothe has a well-defined, crisp blackberry and raspberry scented bouquet with subtle mineral scents interwoven. The oak is nicely integrated here. The palate is medium-bodied with crisp acidity, lively and fresh with fine tannin, and delicious red cherries and strawberry towards the vivid finish. This property in the Médoc can often produce excellent "classic" Bordeaux.
