Their wines are made with the utmost demand. They have been winemakers for five generations and work as a family, on a human scale. The central part of their vineyards is located around the castle or within a radius of less than 5 km. The soils are mostly sand and gravel, and they preserve them by working as naturally as possible, without herbicides and synthetic fertilizers. They harvest by hand and carefully select the best grapes. Day after day, plot after plot, their energy and philosophy allow them to offer you fine wines with great elegance.

A blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc, medium to deep garnet-purple coloured, unfurling to reveal notes of crushed black cherries, fresh red and black plums and boysenberries with touches of fried herbs, tilled soil and mossy bark. Medium-bodied, elegantly played, and refreshing in the mouth, it has an approachable, chewy frame and loads of lively red fruit and herbal sparks on the finish.
