Dibon Cava Brut Rose (NV)

A festive summery sparkling rosé at a stellar price for the quality. Clear soft pink edging towards a gentle apricot color. Aromas are delicate, with notes of raspberry, red currant, and strawberry, and a subtle yeast profile coming through. Full-bodied, highly effervescent, brut, with a long finish. The palate shows peach, apricot, strawberry, raspberry, grapefruit, orange, lemon, red apple, black currant, and red plum. A slate minerality also comes through the balanced acidity. Well made on all fronts.
