Dorrance Rose

General Information

This range is all about Freshness, balance and great drinkability. The Rose is a 100% Cinsault. The grapes are sourced from vineyards on granite soils in various part of the Swartland. Smooth and elegant, this fresh wine is bursting with summer fruit flavors, complex and easily enjoyable at the same time. The nose of wild berries and fresh white peaches is complemented by a touch of spices. Best drunk young and served at 10 to 12 ̊C.

All fruits are whole bunch handled. No crushing or destemming takes place. Picked early morning those grapes were pressed gently to extract as less colour as possible. The juice was kept 3 hours on skins and naturally fermented in stainless tanks.
