Dry Creek Sauvignon Blanc

Small percentages of Sauvignon Musque and Sauvignon Gris are used in this delightful wine, adding depth and a meaty, full-bodied palate. This wine has aromas of pineapple, ripe pear, and floral notes at first swirl. Meyer lemons, tangerines, and mineral flavours emerge on the palate, with a slightly creamy but vibrant finish. Small amounts of chestnut, acacia, and French oak barrels were added to the stainless steel fermentation to give this delightful wine more character and subtlety. This is a delicate and refined Sauvignon Blanc that is seamless from start to end.
