DV Aires is a wine that, on its label, pays homage to the Ronda tradition most closely linked to bullfighting. Made from Petit Verdot and Garnacha from the vineyard of the Descalzos Viejos farm in Ronda, it is characterized by its great minerality contributed by stony soils of limestone nature and high clay content.
Dark cherry colour with violet edges of medium-high layer. Deep and complex where one finds notes of liquorice, spices, mineral touches and a final touch of black fruits. Ample and fresh, with a pleasant tannin and long persistence.
