Straight from the Cask 10-year-old Ballechin single malt from Edradour distillery, fully matured in a single bourbon cask. It is limited edition and only 319 bottles production.

NoseWhite chocolate, hay-like, smoky and herbal.

PalatePeat smoke, salty chocolate combines with honey sweetness and toasted oak.

FinishSpices, herbal, ginger and a little smokey vanilla.

Distilled October 28th 2010 and bottled October 25th 2021
