Opens on scents of golden fruit, citrus, peaches and minerality. It’s definitly a crispy and juicy wine, fleshy with a nice density. The tension of the wine brings minerality and we love its refreshing and thirst-making finish!

100% Organic since 2013 (2022 will be the first certified one). Grounds are ploughed under the vine stock. A natural cover planting between rows. In order to encourage the development of life in our soil, we only use mineral essences sometimes associated with herb and plant preparations.
