Dry white wine offering a golden colour with emerald. Very unique bouquet mixing acacia flower and brioche notes. The mouth is complex and rich with a beautiful finish on almonds notes.
From a single vineyard named Les Raidillons made of limestone and clay. 100% Organic (certification on progress since 2019).
Slow pressed followed by a cold fermentation withonly native yeast. Aged in oak barrel (400 liters) during 11 months then in tank for a year. Light filtration just before the bottling (generally beginning of September, in November for this vintage, 2 years after the harvest).
