Insoglio Del Cinghiale Campo di Sasso 2016

From the Bibbona estate. this wine is composed of 32% Syrah and the remainder is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot. Insoglio del Cinghiale is a very meaty wine from the distinctive Maremma terroir. The peppery characteristics from Syrah make it the ideal accompaniment to game dishes, such as native wild boar (from which it takes its name), roast pheasant or rich game stews.
