Bodegas As Laxas Condado 2018

Elegant white dry wine "Condado Laxas", Rias Baixas DO is made from a blend of three grape varieties - Albariño, Treischadura and Loureiro. Harvesting is carried out when the berries reach the optimal level of ripeness, and only the best and healthiest bunches are selected. At the winery, the fruits are sorted and vinified. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Before bottling, the wine is stabilized at a low temperature and filtered.

Clean, pale golden colour, intense nose highlighting notes of peach, loquat, pineapple and exotic fruit, with syrupy nuances on a background of aromatic herbs, rosemary and oleander, with balsamic tinges. Fresh, tasty, balanced and complex. Fruity sensation noted on the nose, with salty notes, with a lingering, aromatic finish encouraging one to drink, with citric touches and slight hints of dry fruits.  The wine goes well with Asian dishes, fish, poultry and white meat.
