Louis Jadot Chambolle Musigny 'Les Baudes' Premier Cru 2016

Healthy dark red. Lively precise aromas of dark raspberry herbs brown spices and red licorice. A saline sappy wine with lovely flavor depth and intensity; possesses plenty of medicinal reserve but this is already much sweeter saltier and showier than the Sentiers. Finishing notes of fruits flowers and spices blow past the round dusty tannins on the resounding finish. No dilution here! This premier cru stains the palate without leaving any impression of heaviness.
