100% Melon de Bourgogne vines over 40 years in age. Vinification: harvested at full maturity, fermentation in underground cement tanks, and then aged on fine lees for 7 months. Bottled in March of the following year.

91 Points - Wine Enthusiast     Bottled without sulfur, this wine is ripe and lightly mineral in texture, with concentrated, ripe apple flavors. The fruitiness is still developing and this intense wine will be better from late 2021.
