Casa Ermelinda Freitas 'Monte Da Baia' Tinto 2015

This combination of Castelao, Touriga Nacional, and Syrah was made by fourth-generation winemakers in the Palmela region. The wine was matured in American and French oak for four months and has scents and flavours of rich red berries. This robust dry red is best paired with suitable rustic cuisine because it is concentrated and rich in tannins.
