Scented floral and white fruit flavours and plenty of acidity make this very quaffable, refreshing and zesty. It's a pure and elegant style with a nice density on the palate, ideal for pairing with spicy food, salads or soft, light cheeses. With only 8.5% alcohol it's also the perfect lunchtime tipple.
