Saxenburg Cabernet Sauvignon

This Cabernet Sauvignon has typical mulberry, cassis and blackberry aromas with hints of cigar box. The wine is well balanced with layers of red fruit present and has a nice fresh and creamy finish to it. It features a well-structured middle palate with mocha flavours on the finish. It goes well with most red meat dishes, as well as venison and creamy beef stroganoff.
