Tawse Chardonnay Robyn's Block

General Information

This is the richest of the Tawse Chardonnays, from 30+ year vines now farmed organically. It shows a billowing nose of roasted nuts, ripe apple, meringue/custardy sweetness and buttered toast. It is medium to full-bodied, fairly rounded yet founded on firm acidity and minerality, that really shows on the finish. A touch sour edged with excellent length. /p>
