A Tete de Cuvee only made occasionally, the 2010 My Hands Barossa Shiraz presents a deep purple-black color and slightly closed nose with notes of cassis, black berry preserves and blueberries with nuances of earth, peppered salami, violets and black olives. The powerful, full bodied palate has an impressive concentration of taut, tightly wound fruit with a great backbone of firm grainy tannins with a refreshing line of acid and a very long finish. It should drink best 2015 to 2025+.
