Westland Sherry Wood Whiskey

This craft whiskey uses 5 types of malted barley and is matured for 3 years in 4 different casks. Shows aromas and flavours of oatmeal, raisin, vanilla and maple with notes of banana, herb and yellow fruit. The palate is sweet, rich and rounded with light spice and dark fruit notes on the finish. Serve neat or over ice.
