Fukumitsuya Sake Brewery was founded in the Edo period in 1625. With the highest level of artisanal craftsmanship, the brewery has enjoyed a reputation as one of the finest sake breweries in the Ishikawa region.
Brewed in the time-honored Yamahai tradition, Kuroobi's 'Do-Do' has an abundance of rice flavor with a full clean finish. Natural fermentation results in an earthy, intensely complex sake that is rich, full-bodied, and gamey. Tastes fuller while exhibiting sweetness when warmed but can be consumed chilled or at room temperature. Great with mushrooms, venison, and lamb.
Origin: Ishikawa Prefecture | Rice: Yamada Nishiki and Kinmon Nishiki | Rice Polished to: 65% | Alcohol: 15%
