The French name Trianon has an elegant and refined ring. Chateau Trianon’s land is located south west of Saint-Emilion. The estate first appears in records dating back to the 17th century. An intendant of French King Louis 14th, himself a great lover of Saint-Emilion wines, calling them “Nectar of the gods”.
Pavillon de Trianon is smooth and approachable claret. Dark ruby colour with an aromatic nose offering black fruit and a touch of herbs with spices. The palate has round tannins, ripe dark berries, great acidity and structure with a hint of spice and chocolate on the finish.
