After Meursault, Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet Saint-Aubin positions itself as an outsider increasingly taken seriously by lovers of great Chardonnay.
The plot is located at the top of the Saint-Aubin hillside. It is well exposed, the ground is very stony. One could imagine a wine more focused on freshness but this is not the case. This Saint-Aubin is intense, complex, with very toasted notes while the percentage in new barrels is only 20%.
