Sperling Pinot Noir 2018

Bright, lively and lifted, precisely what you'd expect from biodynamically farmed, limestone-soiled Pinot Noir from the high Okanagan Valley. This is a blend of three Dijon clones, all planted in 2008. Perfumed raspberry, fresh cherries, fragrant strawberries and textured by 40 percent whole cluster, native ferment and barrel aging in large format French oak. Lighter crimson hue and moderate alcohol. Best expressed with a light chill. Fantastic value!
